Traiteur 14 is a delicatessen and catering service in Purmerend, founded by chef Rik Thesing and sommelier Joep Kleijs. Drawing on their years of experience in the culinary world and running their own restaurant in Amsterdam, they came up with a simple idea: good food doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.

A carefully selected assortment of Dutch, French, and Italian cheeses, fine charcuterie, and other products that invite you to enjoy them together.

Homemade products

From our own pomodori butter and garlic-herb butter to beurre noisette and rotating specialties. Small products that add just that little extra something to a simple meal.

Unique Delicacies

We’re always on the lookout for products you won’t find just anywhere. From artisanal European specialties to unique ingredients, such as smoked anchovies.

Seasonal Dining

At Traiteur 14, the selection changes with the seasons. That way, there’s always something new to look forward to.

In the summer, it’s all about barbecues, homemade marinades, fresh salads, and delicious al fresco dining.

In the fall and winter, we make room for comfort food, fine cheeses, and, of course, our popular homemade fondue.

Around Christmas, we go all out with festive specialties, such as homemade Beef Wellington, unique side dishes, chocolate, gift baskets, and wine.

We also create special products and packages for Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day.
