Brockel Cheese

A long-aged cheese, made by the best cheesemakers in the Midden-Beemster region. This long-aged crumbly cheese has been aged for a very long time on wooden planks. Thanks to this long aging period, you’ll find beautiful crystals in the cheese. The flavor is intense, robust, and full-bodied. It’s delicious on a cracker, for example, but also makes a great addition to an appetizer platter!
