Delice de Poiton

A goat cheese from France. The Délice du Poitou is aged in charcoal with a small amount of salt, giving the cheese a black-gray rind. This cheese is aged for about 8 weeks. As a result, the cheese is still deliciously creamy and has a soft texture. The flavor is slightly nutty and spicy.
