Pond Overjarig

Weydeland 48+ Overjarig is an 18-month-old cheese from North Holland. Thanks to its naturally long aging period, this cheese has a white crystalline texture and a distinctive, tangy flavor. It’s especially delicious! Even at this age, the cheese is still easy to slice.

Since 2021, the cows at CONO Kaasmakers have been fed GMO-free concentrate. This means the concentrate contains no genetically modified ingredients. 80% of the feed comes directly from the region, and in this way, we prioritize people, animals, and the environment.
