Ligurian Pesto

Ligurian Pesto with Garlic from Frantoio Sant’Agata d’Oneglia is made with only the finest traditional ingredients, such as Genoese Basil DOP, extra virgin olive oil, premium pine nuts, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Ligurian Pesto from Frantoio Sant’Agata is unpasteurized, preserving all the aroma and goodness of authentic Genoese pesto, along with the freshness of its flavors and its characteristic bright green color. Because this pesto is very flavorful, we recommend using very little or no salt in the pasta cooking water and diluting it with a couple of tablespoons of the pasta cooking water before use.
