Bleu d’Auvergne

Bleu d’Auvergne is a young blue-veined cheese. It comes from the Auvergne region of France, near Clermont-Ferrand. This formerly volcanic area is now lush with vegetation, which gives the milk here a very herbaceous and rich flavor. You can taste this in this tangy and creamy specialty. The cheese has a sticky texture and evenly distributed blue veins throughout.
